Galaxy landscape: the American eel Predator (map)

United States National Science Foundation located in Chile's Victor-M-Blanco telescope recently catch and shoot down the universe in a wonderful landscape. A huge universe "American eel" seems to be the prey, and is pursuing his prey is a spiral galaxy.

The universe of the "American eel" is actually a kind of gas and dust clouds, for consisting of the shape of the Comet, so called Comet balls. This "American eel" is located in the direction towards the stern building, 1300 light-years from Earth, the scientific name is called CG4. CG4 located in star formation regions, where the foot can form several Sun-like size of stars. CG4 head were 1.5 light years across. Because the radiation around hot stars, CG4 open "large mouth", and it glows. CG4

CG4 seemed about to swallow a spiral galaxy ESO 257-19. But don't worry, spiral galaxies from the "American eel" also mile, the distance between them fully 100 million light years.
